📦 Parcel Receiving & Return Policy
When receiving your parcel, please open it in front of the delivery person.
* If there is any issue such as receiving the wrong watch or a damaged/defective product, you can return it immediately without paying any delivery charge.

• If the product is correct but you simply don’t like it, you can still return it — but you’ll need to pay the delivery cost:
◦ 80 tk inside Dhaka
◦ 130 tk outside Dhaka

Note: Once the delivery person leaves, the watch becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

⚙️ After-Sales Service

We provide a 1-year mechanical service warranty – and we mean it!
If your watch has any mechanical issues during this time, we’ll fix it for you free of charge.

To claim the warranty:
• Keep your warranty card safe.
• Send the watch along with the card to our shop address, and we’ll handle the rest.
